Join our team and become a TikTok Streamer! Available stream times needed for this position would be for evening and weekend shifts.

Training takes up to 2 weeks depending on your availability. Minimum 4 LIVES with trainer before you graduate to stream on your own.

Pay/Opportunity

Training: 1-2 week training to get familiar with the process and operating systems. Streams on average take 4-5 hours depending on how fast product sells.

Hourly pay starts at $15/hour with bonus tiers getting you easily over $20/hour for hitting minimum set goals. You are in control of your pay. The better you do, the more you make. Opportunities are endless.

No experience needed (but pokemon knowledge is preferred) as long as you have the willingness to learn. RARE opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Have reliable transportation to the storefront on your stream days. (Oconomowoc, WI)
  • Arrive on time and be fully prepared before and after stream.
  • Host live streams focused on Pokémon energy breaks, gameplay, TCG strategies, and related content.
  • Engage viewers through lively commentary, storytelling, and interactive chat moderation.
  • Incorporate elements of dancing, theater, or public speaking to enhance stream entertainment value.
  • Collaborate with other streamers or community members to expand reach and engagement.
  • Maintain a consistent streaming schedule to build a loyal viewer base.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge-base of Pokemon cards, characters, and lore and/or other popular TCG (or eagerness to learn)
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms such as TikTok Shop or Whatnot
  • Comfortable being on camera and holding a conversation based on trending topics, Pokemon, relevant life experiences, music, etc. No awkwardness.
  • Confident with public speaking and have the ability to educate and entertain viewers through engaging openings and commentary
  • Passion for Pokémon, trading card games, or related gaming communities.
  • High EQ / can read the room
  • Can handle pressure while being on camera
  • ability to build and maintain virtual relationships.
