Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Carriers

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on order size, destination, and service selected.

Carrier selection is at our discretion unless otherwise specified.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays or losses caused by address errors provided by the customer

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Please contact the carrier directly

  • Check with neighbors or building management

We will assist with carrier claims when possible, but replacement or refunds are not guaranteed.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and determine next steps on a case-by-case basis.


International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing.


Pre-Orders & Special Items

Orders containing pre-order or special-release items will ship once all items in the order are available, unless otherwise stated.
