Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Any opened, used, or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • No cash refunds are offered

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only

  • Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Opened or unsealed products

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item not in original condition


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at thecardboardbros@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist.


Final Notes

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
