HOW IT ALL STARTED

The Cardboard Bros started small.

Their first card show was hosted by Lake Country Cards at Cornerstone Sports Pub & Eatery in Oconomowoc, WI. What began as doing a local show once a month quickly turned into setting up almost every weekend, buying, selling, trading, and most importantly, building relationships throughout the hobby.

Around the same time, Jesse began livestreaming from his bedroom while Andrew worked behind the scenes, managing orders, tracking payments, and keeping the numbers organized. What started as a small setup slowly grew as both the card shows and livestreams gained momentum.

The Bros also wouldn't be where they are today without the people who helped guide them along the way. Tim and Lorena from Lake Country Cards, Matt from 5 Star Cards, and Tom from Real Sportscards were some of the people who shared their knowledge, gave them advice, and helped point them in the right direction when they were still learning the business.

Today, The Cardboard Bros has grown into a storefront, online business, livestream community, and local gathering place for collectors and players. And none of that would be possible without the team they have built. The team has helped take this business further than Andrew and Jesse ever could have taken it on their own.

The Cardboard Bros goal is simple: to become one of the best and most trusted card shops in Wisconsin and hopefully something even bigger one day.

Whether you're shopping in-store, online, at a card show, or one of the livestreams, they want every experience to be fun, reliable, and worth coming back for.

At the end of the day, that's what this hobby is about. It's amazing how pieces of cardboard can bring so many different people together. The Bros love collecting, love this community, and love the people who share that passion.
